Divorce Attorney EvaluationIf you are evaluating which divorce attorney to select, you may find this checklist helpful. On a scale of 1 to 10, rank each nominee from each of these perspectives - which relate to the Divorce Attorney Questionnaire. Use and complete that form DURING and IMMEDIATELY after each interview with a prospective attorney, especially your personal appraisals, while their image is fresh. If you feel certain characteristics are more important than others are, then double the score: 6 = 12, 8 = 16, etc. Total and compare the results to help make your selection.
